"Like many people, we looked at properties in different areas of France while on holiday. Where would we like to come back to, again and again?
For us, it was the Lot-et-Garonne.
We think it's the combination of old-world charm in the many bastide villages nearby, the beautiful rolling landscape which has some call it the Tuscany of France and the friendly,
unhurried atmosphere....

 The moment we drove through the wrought-iron gate up the hill to look at the old stone farmhouse and barn on it's elevated position with fantastic views all the way to the horizon, we were sold. Private, yet only a short drive from Monflanquin, with a golf course and  great restaurants nearby.
After a complete renovation in 2018/2019, the addition of modern-day comforts and a large pool with sundeck, we invite you to come to this beautiful part of France and
enjoy time away with family or friends!
